Ingredients
- 1 lb Skirt Steak
- 2 cloves Garlic (mashed)
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Step 1
Mash garlic and kosher salt - set aside. In a bowl combine paprika, cumin, coriander, black pepper, cinnamon. Stir in mashed garlic and olive oil. Pat dry skirt steak and thoroughly rub steak. Marinate steak in sealed plastic bag chilled at least 6 hours. Bring steak to room temperature. Cook on grill or grill pan over med-high heat about 4 min per side. Slice against grain of meat.
