Ingredients
- optional:
- Mushrooms, 1 lb, 20 -25 large
- Butter, melted
- garlic
- stuffing mix
- artichoke hearts (8 1/2 oz) can or jar
- 1 cup mayonaise
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese
- spinich, box frozen, defrosted & squeezed dry
- 1 tsp dill weed

Preparation
Step 1
remove the stems from the mushrooms & dice, add to melted butter to which garlic has been added. Saute.
Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package. Stuff mushrooms with sauted stems & stuffing mix and bake at 300^ for about 30 min.
for the arichoke & spinich stuffed:
drain the artichoke hearts and combine them in a food processor with mayonaise, Parmesan, spinich & dill weed. Puree until thick and smooth. Spoon the mixture into the caps, place on a cookie sheet and bake in a 375^ oven for 15 - 20 minutes or until the mixture is puffed and slightly browned. Serve immediately.
