Weesh Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 egg
• 1 cup sugar
• 4 cups flour
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 box dark raisins
• 1/2 tsp nutmeg
• 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp. baking soda
• 1 cup shortening or 7/8 oil
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 tsp. grated oranges peel

Preparation

Step 1

Beat milk with egg and raisins.
Work any ingredients with oil. Pour milk mixture over.
Fry 10 minutes or till brown.
