Ingredients

  • 3 pitas, torn in pieces
  • 1/2 c chopped parsley
  • 1/2 cucumber, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, cubed
  • 4 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1/2 red onion, chopped
  • 3 tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 lb feta, crumbled
  • 6 pepperoncini peppers
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • 3 T oil

Step 1

1) Toast pita in 375 degree oven for 6 min.

2) Combine all ingredients and squeeze lemons and oil over top. Season with pepper and add pita.
