Ingredients
- DRESSING:
- 1/2 lb. chicken, baked and chopped
- 1 head lettuce, torn in pieces
- 1 pkg. Ramen soup, noodles only
- 4 scallions, chopped
- 2 t. toasted sesame seeds
- 2 t. silvered almonds
- 1 c. oil
- 3/4 c. Japanese rice vinegar
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. salt

Preparation
Step 1
Combine dressing ingredients and shake until well mixed. Combine all ingredients. Toss dressing with salad.
Note : Don't add crunchy salad ingredients until you are ready to serve or they will get soggy.
