Ingredients

  • DRESSING:
  • 1/2 lb. chicken, baked and chopped
  • 1 head lettuce, torn in pieces
  • 1 pkg. Ramen soup, noodles only
  • 4 scallions, chopped
  • 2 t. toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 t. silvered almonds
  • 1 c. oil
  • 3/4 c. Japanese rice vinegar
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt

Preparation

Step 1

Combine dressing ingredients and shake until well mixed. Combine all ingredients. Toss dressing with salad.
Note : Don't add crunchy salad ingredients until you are ready to serve or they will get soggy.
