- 1 lb butter, slightly softened
- 2 lbs dark brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp cloves
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp allspice

Step 1
Combine butter and brown sugar with you fingers. Add eggs and spices and beat on medium speed for 15 minutes.
Drink preparation: In a cup, combine 1 tbsp of the butter mixture with boiling water and a shot of dark rum. Stir to melt the butter mixture.
