Dulce de Leche dessert

This dessert is so similar an tasty (if you know) to Suspiro Limeño http://canelakitchen.blogspot.com/2007/09/other-recipe.html) really I think is a nice variety of Suspiro Limeño, If you dont know, try this Im sure if you like Dulce de Leche you will love so much this! You can make in glass vases or in a large dish as this, and serve with a large spoonful.
Ingredients (6 servings)
1 tin of evapored milk
5 yolks eggs
400 grs. of Dulce de Leche
2 tablespoon of corn flour
5 whites eggs
1 tablespoon of port wine
1 cup of sugar
cinnamon to powder
Method:
In a pot place the evaporated milk to slow heat and add the corn flour dissolved in some cold water, beat and join until is cook, add the yolks and stir with a manual beater and after with a wood spoon. Cook until boil. Stirring constantly.Add the port wine and stir again.
Add the dulce the leche and join well with a woodspoon.Until you make a homogeneous cream.Reserve.
In a bowl beat the white with a pinch of salt and heat the sugar in a little pot making a heavy syrup to add the whites as a merengue..
