Ingredients
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips, plus 1 Tbsp
- 1 Tbsp pistachios, chopped
- 1 tsp powdered sugar

Step 1
Mix together 2 cups ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 tsp vanilla extract and 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips. Spoon into a serving bowl and top with an additional 1 Tbsp chocolate chips and 1 Tbsp chopped pistachios. Dust with 1 tsp powdered sugar. Refrigerate until serving time. Serve with broken-up waffle cones. Makes about 2 1/2 cups.
