Sausage, Egg and Cheese Bread

(When I make two loaves I use the following amounts)

Ingredients

• 1 lb. sausage
• 5 eggs
• sharp cheddar cheese
• 2 tubes of pizza dough

Preparation

Step 1

Cook the sausage and break into pieces. Whip the eggs and scramble. Grease a baking sheet, lay the bread dough out on the sheet. Then put the sausage all over the dough leaving a small edge all around for closing, then add the egg and cheese. Pull dough up from all sides and seal the edges and bake in 350 degree oven for about 15 to 20 minutes.
