Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless beef chuck roast, cut into 1” pieces
- 1 pkg onion mushroom soup mix
- 1 (1.61oz) package brown gravy mix
- 1 can beef broth
- 3/4 cup red wine
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 bay leaf

Step 1
1. In a 4 qt slow cooker, whisk together soup mix, gravy mix, beef broth, red wine and tomato paste. Add beef and bay leaf; stir.
2. Cover and cook on high for 6 hours. Remove and discard bay leaf. Serve over noodles, mashed potatoes or rice.
