Carrot Cake (Wedding Shower)

Ingredients

• Cake:
• 2 cup flour
• 2 cup sugar
• 4 eggs
• 3 cup grated carrots
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 1/2 cup oil
• 2 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 2 tsp baking soda

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Mix dry and wet, separately. Then combine. Bake in 3, 9" cakepans for 30 minutes.

Frosting:

Frost cake w/ cream cheese frosting
