Ingredients
- Step 1: 180 ml warm milk (3/4 cup)
- 120 grams sugar
- 120 grams white margarine
- 8 grams salt (1/2 tsp.)
- ½ tbs. lemon juice
- 1 egg
- 2 tbs. active dry yeast mixed with ½ cup warm water
- Step II: 650 grams butter

Step 1
Combine step I ingredients together. Add step II mixing until dough is formed. Let rise once (20 minutes), punch down. Let rise again, 15 – 20 minutes, and let rest 5 minutes.
