  • 425 grams sweet yeast dough
  • Pitted prunes, or Italian plum halves
  • Streusel
  • Sugar
  • Whipping Cream

Step 1

Great a 10 inch spring form pan. Fit the sweet dough into the pan, and place plums all over the dough. Sprinkle streusel on top. Rise 20 minutes, bake at 375 degrees. Sprinkle a little sugar on top after baking, depending on the sweetness of the plums. Serve with whipped cream.
