I was looking for a recipe for a gluten-free coffee cake. I substituted Bisquick Gluten-free for the Bisquick and added 3/4 tsp. of almond extract to the batter. Very yummy!!

I have made this twice now. Went over well with our monthly brunch crowd. The second time, I added a tsp of Watkins Pure Orange Extract to the cake batter. Superb!

Soo good and easy to make. Next time I will try apricot preserves.thank you

Since I was using a 9" glass baking dish I lowered the temperature to 325*. The batter raised and spilled over the side of the dish burning in the bottom of the oven. The end results is a "lumpy" looking item.

Wow!!! It was fast to make and tasted wonderful. I will make this often.

This coffee cake is a keeper. It's quick, easy. and delicioius. I will also use this for a quick Upside Down cake. Thanks.
