Golden Flax Bread

Milled flax seed may be used as a fat substitute in most recipes. 3 T flax can replace 1 T fat or oil. 1 T flax plus 3 T water can replace one egg.

- 7/8 C water
- 2 T butter (or 6 more T flax and 2 more T water)
- 3 T molasses
- 1 t salt
- 2 T milled flax seed
- 1 T vital wheat gluten, optional
- 2 1/2 C bread flour
- 1 1/2 T non-fat dry milk
- 1 1/2 t fast rise yeast
