Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs (about 8 graham crackers)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 king sized milk chocolate bars
- 1 1/2 cups marshmallow Fluff

Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat oven to 350°. Grease or line an 8-inch baking pan
2. In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light. Beat in egg and vanilla.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together flour, graham crackers, baking powder, and salt. Add to butter mixture until combined. Divide dough in half and press evenly on bottom of prepared pan.
4. Place chocolate over dough. Spread the marshmallow fluff. Form extra dough into sheets with palm of your hands and lay it over the fluff.
5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until lightly browned. If the top is browning too quickly, cover with tin foil. Cool completely before cutting.
