Ingredients
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1 pkge (225 gms) Hershey Chipits Caramels (chocolate covered caramels)

Preparation
Step 1
Combine and chill for 1 hour: 3 eggs, beaten, 1 cup raisins, and 1 tsp vanilla. Cream together: 1 cup butter, 1 cup white sugar and 1 cup brown sugar. Add egg mixture. Then add: 2 1/2 cups flour, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp cinnamon, 2 tsp baking soda. Stir in: 2 cups rolled oats, 3/4 cup chopped pecans and 1 pkge (225 gms) Hershey Chipits Caramels (chocolate covered caramels). Drop by teaspoons onto non-stick cookie sheets. Bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes. Note: If mixture is too dry, add a little cream to thin.
