Ingredients
- 4 c. rotini pasta
- 2 T butter
- 1 lb. boneless chicken,cubcd
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can chicken broth
- 1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 2 T. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. roasted red peppers, canned,
- drained & sliced
- 3 T. Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 T. chopped chives

Preparation
Step 1
COOK and drain pasta. Cook chicken in butter and garlic, about 3 to 4 minutes, until brown. In jar with lid, place chicken broth, milk, flour, salt and pepper; shake. Gradually add to chicken, stirring constantly, until it boils. Stir in red peppers. Add cheese and chives: toss with pasta.
