Thanksgiving Stuffing

Ingredients
- 1 pkg.Peperidge Farm cubed, herb seasoned stuffing;
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 8 dried apricots diced
- 1 apple chopped
- 1 cup walnuts or pecans
- 1 chopped onion or leeks or shallots
- 4 stocks celery chopped
- 1 lb.cooked sausage
- 1/4 about 1/4 cup poultry seasoning
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 32 0z Hot chicken broth
- salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Cook the onion and celery in a little butter until tender.
In a large bowl toss everything together except for the chicken broth and butter. in a saucepan heat the butter and chicken broth together.
Add broth to the other ingredients and toss again. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Bake in a buttered 3 quart backing dish at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
