  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 lb pecan halves

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a bowl, combine the butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt and cayenne pepper. Toss in the pecans until evenly coated. Transfer to an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until pecans are toasted. Stir every 5 minutes.
