Ingredients
- 2, 2, and 2 is the best way to remember. 2 corn, 2 beans, 2 diced tomatoes.
- Ground beef
- Onion
- 1-2 cans of corn (juice too)
- 2-3 cans of beans...I usually use 1 black bean and 1 chilli bean &/or pinto &/or kidney
- 2 cans of diced tomatoes...you can get chili ready ones for a kick or add small can of green chilis
- 1 package of Taco seasoning
- 1 package of Hidden Valley Ranch Dip Mix

Directions:
Cook all day....I do in a crock pot. Can add water or even tomato soup or juice with water to increase broth.
Serve with shredded cheese, Tortilla Chips, and Sour Cream
