Ingredients
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup part-skim mozzarella, shredded
- 1 1/2 cups nonfat milk
- 1 cup reduced-fat, cholesterol-free egg substitute
- 3 egg white
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried, crushed basil leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon dried, crushed oregano leaves
- salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9-inch pie plate with nonstick cooking spray.
Sprinkle onion and cheese in the bottom of pie plate. Place remaining ingredients in a blender and blend about 30 seconds or until well mixed. Pour into pie plate.
Bake about 40 minutes or until an inserted knife comes out clean.
Let cool for 5 minutes and cut into 6 slices.
