Ingredients
- 3 large garlicv cloves, quartered
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cups frsh parsley, packed
- 1 cup fresh basil ,packed
- 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2/3 cup olive oil

Step 1
In food processor, process garlic and salt until paste like. Add parsley and basil with motor running, add vinegar adn sugar then oil in the thin stream.
Season to taste.
