Ingredients

  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 Tbs butter or margarine
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 1/2 cup (4 oz can) drained mushrooms
  • 1/4-1/2 cup white wine
  • 10 1/2 oz can cream of chicken soup (can use 2 cans)
  • 3 medium carrots, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup seasoned croutons, crushed

Step 1

1. Cut chicken into bite sized pieces
2. Brown chicken in butter in a frying pan
3. Add the other ingredients, cover and simmer for 20-25 min or until chicken and carrots are soft stirring occassionally
4. Serve over white rice
