- 1 cup Crisco
- 4 eggs
- 1 large can crushed pineapple
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 cups self rising flour

Sift sugar and flour together. Cream eggs and Crisco together. Mix pineapple with eggs. Gradually add flour and sugar. Mix together. Makes 24 cupcakes.
