Ingredients
- Cooking (or olive) oil 1 cup 250 mL
- Lemon juice 1/4 cup 60 mL
- White vinegar 1/4 cup 60 mL
- Granulated sugar 2 tsp. 10 mL
- Salt 1 tsp. 5 mL
- Garlic salt 1/2 tsp. 2 mL
- Onion salt 1/2 tsp. 2 mL
- Dry mustard 1/2 tsp. 2 mL
- Paprika 1/2 tsp. 2 mL
- Dried oregano 1/2 tsp. 2 mL
- Ground thyme 1/8 tsp. 0.5 mL

Step 1
Combine all 11 ingredients in jar with tight-fitting lid. Shake well. Chill for 2 hours to blend flavours. Store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Shake well before drizzling over salad. Makes about 1 1/2 cups (375 mL).
