Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups plain flour
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) instant pudding
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. vanilla

Step 1
In large bowl, combine dry ingredients. In another bowl, beat eggs, milk, oil and vanilla. Add to dry ingredients. Mix until blended. Fill cups ¾ full. Bake at 375 degrees for 18-22 minutes. Frost as desired. Makes 1 dozen cupcakes.
