- l small jar peanut butter, with or without nuts
- 1-1/2 cups powdered sugar

Step 1
Combine with electric mixer, chill until firm. Coating hands with powdered sugar, roll into desired size balls and place on a cookie sheet covered with wax paper. Freeze for at least 3 hrs, or overnight.
In double boiler melt 5 bags chocolate chips (milk or semi-sweet) and small chunk of paraffin wax chopped to equal 1-1/2 T. (to keep chocolate from being too sticky.)
Dip balls in chocolate, rolling them around until coated and place them back on the waxed paper and into the freezer overnight. These are best if kept in the fridge after the last freezing—they may get soft at room temp.
