Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 can black beans
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- grated cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Combine the chicken, salsa, corn, beans and taco flavoring in the crock pot. Cook on low for 4.6 hours. About 30 minutes before serving, add the sour cream and cheese. Serve in tortillas with tomatoes and shredded lettuce. You could also serve on top of crushed corn chips or tortilla chips.
