Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup light sour cream
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 cups (3-4 med) peeled, coarsely chopped cooking apples
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar

Step 1
Heat oven to 375. In large bowl combine sugar, sour cream, eggs, 2 tbsp flour, salt and vanilla. Stir in apples. Pour in pie shell. In a 1 quart saucepan, melt butter. Stir in 1/4 cup flour and brown sugar. Crumble over pie. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes or until filling is set. Cool completely on rack. Cover, store in refrigerator. If top begins to brown too much during baking, cover with aluminum foil.
