Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 3/4 cup light cream
- 1/2 cup chopped onion; sautéed in butter
- dash of pepper and nutmeg
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ginger

Preparation
Step 1
Mix together and shape into a meat loaf. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Use drippings from pan to make gravy: Add 2 tbsp flour stirring over low heat. As it thickens add 3/4 cup canned condensed beef broth mixed with 1/4 cup cold water. Continue stirring over low heat until thickened.
