Ingredients
- Filling:
- 3/4 c flour
- 1 t baking powder
- 2 t cinnamon
- 1 t pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 t nutmeg
- 1/2 t salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 c sugar
- 2/3 c pumpkin
- 1 c powdered sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 6 T butter
- 1 t vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
1) Combine all ingredients except the filling. Pour onto a greased, lined with waxed paper that is greased and floured cookie sheet.
2) Bake 15 min. at 375 degrees. Turn onto a damp towel dusted with powdered sugar. Roll up with towel.
3) Cream the cream cheese. Add butter and vanilla. Add sugar. Spread onto cooled pumpkin cake and roll up.
