Bisquick Bisuits Low Fat

- 2 c Bisquick reduced fat baking mix
- ¾ c skim milk

Step 1
Heat oven to 450. Stir ingredients until soft dough forms. If dough is too sticky, gradually stir in enough baking mix (up to 2 TB) to make dough easy to handle. Turn onto surface dusted with baking mix. Knead 10 times.
Roll dough ½ “ thick. Cut with 2 ½ “ cutter. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 7 – 9 minutes or until golden brown.
Drop Biscuits: Do not knead dough. Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Cheese-Garlic Biscuits: Prepare drop biscuits – except add ½ c shredded fat free cheddar cheese. Mix 2 TB margarine, melted and 1/8 tsp garlic powder. Brush over warm biscuits.
