Ingredients
- 4 cups self rising flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 tsp. cloves
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups oil
- 2 jars junior size plum baby food
- 1 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- Lemon juice

Preparation
Step 1
Sift together flour, sugar, cinnamon and cloves. In a bowl, beat the eggs. Add the oil and baby food. Add dry ingredients. Add nuts. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 ½ hours in a tub pan. While warm, top with powdered sugar mixed with lemon juice.
