Ingredients

  • 8 ounces semisweet chocolate squares
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 3/4 cups sifted powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp light cream or half and half
  • Chocolate sprinkles, crushed
  • Candy canes or finely chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Melt chocolate with butter in saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly. Blend in vanilla, sugar and cream. Chill about 30 minutes. Shape into small balls and roll in sprinkles, crushed mints or chopped nuts. Store in refrigerator.
