Ingredients
- 3 lbs. London broil
- 3 Tbsp grainy mustard
- 1 jar (12oz) au jus gravy
- 1 envelope beefy onion soup mix
- 6 sesame rolls

Preparation
Step 1
In slow cooker, combine beef, mustard, au jus gravy and 1/2 cup water
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours
Remove bef, thinly slice.
Add beef back to slow cooker, stirring to coat with sauce.
Divide beef evenly among rolls. Serve with extra sauce for dipping.
