Ingredients
- 2 lbs. boneless chicken, cubed
- 1 can (14.5oz) diced tomatoes with garlic and olive oil
- 1 green pepper chopped
- 1 yellow pepper chopped
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 pkg. (8oz) Jambalaya rice mix
- 1 lb. large shrimp, cleaned w tails

Step 1
In slow cooker. combine chicken, tomatoes, onions and peppers.
Cover cook on low 6-8 hours or on high 3-4 hours.
Add rice and shrimp during last 30 min. of cooking
Garnish w lemon slices
