Ingredients

  • Stem and leaves form beets
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, sliced
  • 1/8 red pepper flakes
  • 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Slice stems into 1 inch pieces and roughly chop leaves.
In a large skillet heat olive oil over medium heat.
Add garlic, red pepper flakes and stems, saute for 10 min.
Add leaves and red vinegar; saute 2 minutes or until tender. Salt to taste
