Ingredients
- Cornbread:
- 4 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1 large bell pepper, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 9 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
- 1 cup sweet pickles or 1/2 cup pickle relish
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. pickle juice
- 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup milk

Preparation
Step 1
Make cornbread and bake as directed. Crumble once done. Combine first 7 ingredients and mix well. Layer vegetable mixture and cornbread, ending with cornbread.
