Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1 onion
- 1 tsp basil
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 10 lasagna noodles (cooked)
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 2 cups cooked chicken, cut in small pieces
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 pkg frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese ( topping)

Step 1
Heat butter over low heat until melted. Add garlic, stir in flour & salt. Cook, stirring, until bubbly. Remove from heat, stir in milk and broth. Heat to boiling , stirring for 1 minute. Stir in mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, onion, basil, oregano, pepper.Cook over low heat and stir until cheese melts.
Spread 1/4 cheese sauce in ungreased dish, top with 3-4 noodles, spread half cottage cheese over noodles, repeat with 1/4 sauce, noodles and cottage cheese. Top with chicken, spinach, 1/4 cheese sauce, noodles, remaining cheese sauce.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered in 9x13 pan at 350* oven for 35 to 40 minutes, let stand 15 minutes.
