Freezer Pie

Make ahead pies you can freeze and bake.

Ingredients

• Stir in:
• 12 cups of apples, sliced
• microwave on high for 5 minutes
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 t cinnamon
• dash of salt
• 6 T flour
• 1/4 t. nutmeg

Preparation

Step 1

Put into 2 freezer bags and freeze. Can alos be put into crusts and frozen if pans are available.

When ready to use:

Thaw
Bake 375*
50 minutes
