- 1/2 POUND LEAN (5$ FAT OR LESS) GROUND BEEF
- 1 ONION FINELY CHOPPED -- USE A VERY SMALL ONION
- 1 CLOVE GALIC MINCED
- 2 TEASPOONS CHILI POWDER--USE 1/2 TEASPOON
- 1 TEASPOON OREGANO---USE 1/2 TEASPOON
- 1- 8 OUNCE CAN NO SALT TOMATO SAUCE
- 1/3 CUP SHREDDED REDUCED FAT PEPPER JACK CHEESE
- 4- EIGHT INCH FLOUR TORTILLSD, WARMED

Step 1
1. SPRAY NON-STICK BAKING SHEET
2. IN NON-STICK SKILLET OVER MEDIUM HEAT COOK BEEF, ONION, GARLIC, CHILI POWDER AND OREGANO UNTIL BROWNED ABOUT 6 MINUTES.
3. STIR IN TOMATO SAUCE AND SIMMER TIL COOKED DOWN ABOUT 5 MINUTES.
4. REMOVE FROM HEAT AND STIR IN PEPPER JACK CHEESE.
5. SPOON ABOUT 1/2 CUP FILLING DOWN CENTER OF EACH TORTILLA.
6. FOLD IN SIDES AND ROLL UP.
7. PLACE SEAM DOWN ON NON-SICK BAKING SHEET.
8. BAKE UNTIL CRISP ABOUT 20 MINUTES AT 350 DEREES.
