Ingredients
- 8 oz brie cheese 250 g
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened 250g
- 2 tbsp dry sherry 25ml
- 2 tbsp finely chopped toasted walnuts 25ml

Step 1
Fore easier removal of rind, place brie in freezer for 30 minutes. Remove and discard rind. Cut brie into cubes. In a food processor, combine brie, cream cheese and sherry. Process just until smooth. Transfer Mixture into two serving dishes, sprinkle with walnuts. Cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days, or freeze for up to 1 month. Serve with fruit, bread or celery.
