Dessert Crepes

Ingredients

• 2/3 cup flour
• 1 tbs. sugar
• ¼ tsp. salt
• 1 cup milk
• 2 eggs
• 2 tbs. melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

In a blender combine the flour, sugar, salt, milk, and eggs. Blend mixture 10 seconds. Chill 1 – 2 hours then cook.
