- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 ½ cups flour
- ½ tsp. salt
- 2 cups milk
- ½ stick butter, melted
- 5 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored, and chopped
- ½ cup sugar
- Butter
- Juice of 1 lemon

Preparation
Step 1
Combine the eggs, flour, and salt. Whisk well, slowly adding the milk, pouring in a steady stream. Whisk until smooth, set aside 30 minutes. Cook crepes until golden.
Place sugar in a pan over medium heat. Cook until the sugar is lightly golden brown. Add butter, juice, and apples. Cook until tender about 8 minutes and remove with a slotted spoon. Fill crepes with apples and fold, spoon remaining apple mix over top.
