Ingredients

  • 1 small mango, pitted, peeled, and chopped
  • 1 small banana, peeled
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice and/or orange juice
  • 1/2 cup canned light coconut milk
  • 1 cup 2% plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Combine everything in a blender or food processor and blend until very smooth, 1 minute, stopping to scrape down the sides once.

Pour the mixture into seven 4-ounce freezer-pop molds or paper drinking cups and freeze until firm, at least 4 hours. If using drinking cups, freeze for 15 minutes, insert a wooden craft stick upright into the center of each, and continue freezing until firm. Store the pops in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.

TIP: Switch up the fruit however you like. For bright-red freezer pops, use 2 cups of raspberries and/or strawberries. For a deep-purple color, use blueberries.
