  • 3 cups sugar
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 1-7oz. jar Marshmallow cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1- 12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

Step 1

Combine sugar, butter and milk into saucepan, bring to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly. Continue boiling 5 minutes over medium heat or until candy thermometer reaches 234 degrees, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, stir in chips until melted, Add marshmallow cream, nuts and vanilla. beat until well blended. Pour into greased pan. Top with walnut halves, press into fudge. Cool and cut into 1x1 inch squares.
