Ingredients
- 1 ½ lbs stir fry beef strips
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 pkg frozen pepper/onion stir-fry mix
- 1 (4oz) can mushrooms, drained
- 4 tbsp teriyaki sauce
- 1 (10oz) pkg frozen French cut green beans
- 1 bag success brand brown rice

Preparation
Step 1
1. Toss steak strips in mixture of flour, garlic powder and pepper. Place in the bottom of a 3 ½ qt slow cooker.
2. Add remaining ingredients in layers. Cover and cook on high for 1 hour and reduce to low for 8 hours. Or leave on high for 5 hours.
3. During the last 45 mins of cooking, turn the temperature to high and add the contents of a bag of success brown rice to the slow cooker. Cook until the rice is tender. If there is not sufficient cooking liquid to cook rice in the steak mixture, cook rice separately and serve the meat over the hot rice.
