Ingredients
- Cheese filling:
- 2 cups flour ½ cup sugar
- 3 cups milk 1 teaspoon salt
- 5 whole eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 ½ # dry cottage cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- ¼ cup farina
- 2 eggs
- nutmeg and cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Step 1
1. Beat eggs and sugar until frothy, add salt and 1 ½ cup milk. Beat in flour slowly, until very smooth, then add remaining milk to have a very thin batter.
2. Butter griddle and heat to sizzling point. Pour batter in griddle and swish around until it covers the entire bottom of the pan. When lightly brown, turn over and brown. Remove and keep warm. After each palacinka, butter the griddle well.
3. Roll up and place in a buttered glass baking dish. Spread top with sour cream and bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
