Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. spaghetti
  • ¼ onion, minced
  • ¼ clove garlic (or powder to taste)
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ lb sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • ½ jar chopped pimento
  • 5 chicken breasts
  • Parsley to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Paprika to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Cook chicken, shred. Cook spaghetti and put in a shallow baking dish.

Sauce: Cook onion and garlic in butter. Add soup, Worcestershire sauce, milk and ½ of cheese. Cook until smooth, stirring well. Add chicken pimento, and parsley. Mix and add pepper. (This can be made ahead and frozen.)

Pour sauce over spaghetti with remaining cheese and paprika. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
